Prop Rental Damage & Replacement Policy

Renter is responsible for the proper care and safe handling of all rented props and decor items for the entire rental period. All items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received. 

In the event of damage, breakage, loss, theft, excessive staining, or destruction of any rental item, the renter will be responsible for a damaged/replacement charge five (5) times the original rental fee for that item, per affected item. 

Example: If a prop rents for $25 and is damaged beyond reasonable repair, the damage charge would be $125.   

This fee applies regardless of whether the damage was accidental or intentional and is intended to cover the cost of repair, replacement, loss of future rental use, and related expenses. The renter may also be responsible for any reasonable costs exceeding this amount if an item requires specialized restoration or replacement. 

By booking a prop rental, the renter acknowledges and agrees to these terms and accepts full responsibility for the rented items from pickup through return.
